The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, on Monday has extended congratulations to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as the President of Turkiye. PM Sharif expressed congratulations to President Erdogan during a telephone call.
It is to be noted that during the telephonic conversation with President Erdogan, PM Sharif has extended congratulations and has also expressed his best wishes to President Erdogan.
During the call, PM Sharif added that, “Your re-election as the President is an acknowledgment of the commitment as well as exemplary service to the people of Turkey.”
PM Sharif also mentioned that the Republic of Turkey has made significant progress in the past 2 decades under the leadership of President Erdogan.
He further added that, “I am sure that under your wise & strong vision, Turkey will continue its journey on the path of development & prosperity at the same speed.”
He said that he believes that Turkey will play an even more effective role for peace & stability in the region & the Islamic world, “Your personal commitment to further strengthen and deepen the special relationship between Pakistan and Turkey is encouraging and satisfying.”
Prime Minister Sharif has also assured to keep on working with Turkey in empowering the bilateral ties between the two nations in the coming days.
PM Sharif also extended his wish to hold the 7th session of the high-level Strategic Cooperative Council of the two nations soon.
Moreover, PM Sharif has also extended welcome to President Erdogan to Pakistan for taking part in the meeting, adding that, “Your arrival will lead to further promotion of strategic partnership in the multilateral fields of the two brotherly countries, said Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.”
Noting to which, Turkish President Erdogan has also extended thanks to the government of Pakistan for the warm wishes and support that the government of Pakistan has always shown towards Turkiye.
