Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, on Wednesday, has taken part in a ceremony that took place at the Prime Minister’s House in the honour of those who has taken part in the ongoing relief activities in Turkey as well as Syria.
PM Sharif took it to his official social media handle to share the above mentioned information along with the photographs of the ceremony. Notably, he as also addressed the ceremony in the honour of those who have taken part in the relief activities in Turkey and Syria.
It is to be further mentioned that, Prime Minister Sharif, during the address, has highlighted the assistance, help as well as other aid provided to the earthquake affected Turkey and Syria. While addressing the ceremony, PM Sharif said that, “Pakistan and Turkey are one and two forms, the Pakistan rescue team has made a place in the hearts of Turkish brothers and sisters.”
During the address, he also highlighted major assistance provided by Pakistan to Turkish and Syrian brothers and sisters. Referring to this, he said that, “Pakistan will continue all possible assistance to its Turkish and Syrian brothers and sisters, despite the economic difficulties of the brother countries.”
He further added that Pakistan would continue to provide assistance, even if the entire nation is suffering from the economic difficulties. He said that, “Will continue cooperation, whole Pakistan is with our Turkish and Syrian brothers, Pakistan’s message of brotherhood and sacrifice has reached the whole world.”
It is to be further noted that, PM Shehbaz Sharif has also paid a visit to Turkey during the past week, and extended firm support on behalf of the entire nation to stand by Turkish brothers during this tough time. PM Sharif’s visit came following the relief aid sent by Pakistan to the earthquake affected regions of Turkey and Syria.
