The statements came during a news conference , titled ‘ Nuclear Provocations in Ukraine: Who needs it?”
Mozorov also commented over Ukraine’s ability and intentions to create a dirty radioactive bomb but its their lack of funds that has been obstructing their move, stating that “the threat is real.”
The legislator added that Tochka-U munition could be used up with a low power nuclear charger. He further added that the President of the United States has the power to use low-yield atomic bombs anywhere in world, without any prior approval from Congress. Moreover, the Ukrainian president Zelensky has been discussing the nuclear weapons with British as well as his American allies. However, Russian official has no certain evidences that supports his claims.
