St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis- Dr Terrance Drew toured CANNA SVG Medicinal Cannabis Farm in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
PM Drew took to Facebook and shared glimpses of the tour. He expressed pleasure in meeting with the authorities of the Medicinal Cannabis Farm.
He landed safely in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and headed straight to his meeting with members of the Cabinet, Montgomery Daniel, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Works, Land and Surveys and Physical Planning; and Keisal Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
He said, “Earlier today, I was given a tour of the CANNA SVG Medicinal Cannabis Farm in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.”
PM Terrance Drew said that this specialist medical-grade cannabis manufacturer utilizes industry-leading technologies with in-depth expertise to produce high-quality medical cannabis.
He said that he is impressed by the work happening in the Cannabis Industry. PM Drew said, “I am impressed by the work they are doing there with the Cannabis Industry.”
PM Terrance Drew also attended the special event hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture. The theme of the event was “Improving Vegetable Cultivation Management and Post-harvest Handling Project”.
He also gave brief remarks on the event about the agriculture sector. PM Drew talked about ways to improve the farming techniques of the Caribbean region.
“I was also invited to a special event hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture dubbed “Improving Vegetable Cultivation Management and Post-harvest Handling Project” and asked on the spot to give brief remarks, “said the prime minister.
He also extended gratitude to the Ministry of Agriculture of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. He also lauded the hospitality of the agriculture ministry of the country.
“Of course, I obliged and impressed upon the Ministry my pleasure to be able to witness the great work they are doing there in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and my appreciation of the hospitality offered.
It has indeed been a very productive visit thus far, “said the prime minister.
