The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif on Friday has chaired a high level meeting regarding investment in the housing sector of the capital city of Islamabad for overseas Pakistanis. In this regard, the Capital Development Authority officials have made a detailed briefing to the Prime Minister Sharif.
The Prime Minister have directed that housing societies as well as residential buildings equipped with modern facilities should be constructed in the real estate sector of the federal capital of Islamabad for overseas Pakistanis.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has further directed that experienced as well as reputed experts should be hired for the construction of these housing units.
At the same time, he added that the project of the Capital Development Authority should be properly marketed which has investment potential.
The Prime Minister further said that there would be no compromise on quality in the development projects of the federal capital. He directed that the development projects should be completed before the deadline.
Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar, Adviser to Prime Minister Ahad Cheema, Special Assistant to the PM on Finance Tariq Bajwa, Chairman of Capital Development Authority and senior government officials participated in the meeting.
