The Pakistani security forces on Sunday has eliminated three terrorists trying to infiltrate the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. It is to be noted that, the details about the killing of three terrorists were released by the military’s media affairs wing on Sunday.
The entire incident, as per the details, took place in the Batwar area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bajaur district.
As per the statement, released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the movement of the three militants was picked up by the security forces.
The details shared by the ISPR, added that, “After fire exchange, all of the three terrorists were sent to hell. Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed terrorists.”
At the same time, the ISPR went further on to state that last night, militants from inside Afghanistan opened fire on a Pakistani border post in Spinwam area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district.
It stated that, “Own troops replied in a befitting manner causing considerable losses to the terrorists,” the ISPR said. However, 31-year-old Naik Abdul Rauf embraced martyrdom.”
“Pakistan has consistently been asking Interim Afghan government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border. Interim Afghan government is expected to fulfil its obligations and deny the use of Afghan soil by terrorists for perpetuating acts of terrorism against Pakistan,” the ISPR said.
It is to be here by added that, around five terrorists were killed in an operation led by the security forces in the Mir Ali area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan District on Saturday.
The statement shared by the ISPR added that, “An intense exchange of fire took place during the operation and five terrorists, including their commander, Rahzaib Khuray, were sent to hell.”
It added that the slain terrorists remained actively involved in the numerous terrorists activities against the security forces as well as extortion and targeted killings of civilians. “The security forces have also recovered weapons and ammunition during the operation.”
