Roseau, Dominica: Melissa Poponne Skerrit- Parliamentary Representative for Roseau Central Constituency explored the construction site of a new Dominica Grammar School last week. She examined the site and lauded the progress.
She took to Facebook and shared the glimpses of the construction site of the school. She said that the advancement of this project has filled her heart with pride. The construction project of the Dominica Grammar School was funded by the Citizenship by Investment Programme.
Besides this, the MMCE has extended its invaluable support to the project and the government of Dominica. She said, ”I had the opportunity to explore the construction site of a new Grammar School last week.”
Melissa Skerrit added, ”It fills me with pride to witness the advancement of this project, which is funded through the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program, with the invaluable support of MMCE and the Government of Dominica.”
Dominica Grammar School will be the state-of-the-art school. It will provide much needed technical facilities and skillset to the young generation.
The facilities will provide enhancement to the functioning of the school and its students and teachers. It will also provide advanced techniques of the teachings for the betterment of the young generations of the country.
Melissa Skerrit said, ”This state of the art school will provide much needed technical facilities and skillset to our nation’s youth.”
With enhanced facilities for football and tennis, a 600 capacity theatre, a green area, digitally equipped classrooms, all of which are wheelchair accessible.
Melissa Skerrit expressed pleasure in the progress of the new school construction. She said that it has brought great satisfaction and anticipation in her heart. It will also recolonize the residents of Roseau Central.
