The High Court of Islamabad has ordered the holding of local body elections in the federal capital on December 31. During this, the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has addressed a special message to the people of Pakistan.
At the very beginning, Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Imran Khan has congratulated the people of Islamabad on the court order to hold local bodies elections.
PTI Chairman, Imran Khan, during the address, has further elaborated that because of the result of this court decision, the people of Islamabad will now be able to elect their local government via the process of voting.
While expressing sadness over the increasing rate of corruption within the government as well as its agencies, Khan stated that, “It is very much unfortunate for the nation that the Election Commission of our nation is also mixed with the corrupt gang, that is imposed on the Pakistan.”
He further alleged that, “The Election Commission has always taken decisions, that are against democracy by supporting these thieves. It is literally the grace of Allah that the honourable courts have always rejected the illegal decisions and plans of the Elections Commission.”
Meanwhile, he also noted that, “The corrupt group is afraid of the people of Pakistan, and they have always taken an escape route from the elections. The attempts of thieves are only to maintain their grip on the nation. They always use money from horse trading and corruption to set up markets of consciences to keep a better control over the nation.”
PTI Chairman Khan has alleged that, “This mafia has no way left and people have also rejected them badly.”
At the same time, Khan has strongly urged the people of Islamabad that they have to participate fully in the municipal elections tomorrow. “I hope, God willing, the people of Islamabad will defeat this corrupt group,” says Khan.
