Roseau, Dominica: Melissa Poponne Skerrit- Parliamentary Representative for Roseau Central Constituency shared glimpses of “Easter Eggs- stravaganza” in Peebles Park, Dominica on Sunday, April 11, 2023. The event was filled with fun, entertainment, food, and music.
She took to Facebook to share glimpses of the event through videos in which the fun and entertainment could be widely witnessed. Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit also attended the event and interacted with kids, teaching them the significance of Easter.
The Eggs- stravaganza featured several events and activities such as DJ Live entertainment, Snacks and Drinks, Egg Hunt, Egg and Spoon Race, Mommy and Me/Daddy and Me Cupcake Decorating, Sack Race, Hullahoop Competition and Easter Bunny Ears Arts and Crafts. While working as an efficient platform, the event offers the perfect vibes to kids to live their childhood to the fullest. The event was filled with full energy, and encouragement and make the kids and their parents experience their enthusiasm and joyfulness.
The event works as the platform for the enjoyment as well as the path to teach them the learnings, values, and sayings of Jesus Christ. Along with kids, their parents and all the attended got access to the life lessons spread by the god. The lesson of humanity and goodness was spread through the Eggs-stravaganza and teach the children to be good humans in life. Further, the event also works as the path of interaction between children and their parents. In today’s busy, parents got the opportunity to spend joyous moments of life with their families and their kids. The event was marked as an opportunity for the parents to strengthen their relations with their kids.
