Michael Martin- Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), is working tirelessly to enhance and maintain the platinum standard of the CBI Programme of St Kitts and Nevis
After recognizing the significance of generating a new path for the evolution of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis, Martin has been working on the aspects of strengthing the Programme in a strategic manner.
In order to strengthen the Programme, the CIU
announced the new regulations in the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis late last year and instituted further updates to the regulations for more clarification under the leadership of Michael Martin.
In order to meet the requirements of the local and international stakeholders, CIU Head is working diligently with his boldness and creative steps. The new ideas and big visions are helping the CIU to transcend the modern age and ensure that the new regulations work in a desired manner.
The platinum standard of St Kitts and Nevis makes the CIU craft a solution to evolve the CBI Programme on a sustainable model filled with integrity, transparency and accountability.
The vision of Martin is based on the structuring of the Programme in a way to allow for greater transparency and accountability, which make the hallmarks of a good governance framework that solidifies the foundation of any successful Citizenship by Investment Programme.
He plans to maintain a progressive programme that cements St Kitts and Nevis’ place as a leader in the CBI Industry. The new regulations were one of their strategies to add a new layer of integrity to the CBI Programme of St Kitts and Nevis.
The introduction of the Limited Time Offer in the Sustainable Growth Fund (Fund Option) increased the demand for the CBI Programme among the HNWIs and took a step to meet the needs of the stakeholders and investors.
