The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, on Monday has presided over a high-level meeting on the ongoing situation of law and order across the nation.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held discussions with the officers of the law enforcement agencies about the law and order situation along with the peace rate in Pakistan.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Sharif has expressed thanks to the law enforcement agencies for maintaining law and order as well as curbing the growing crime rate along with maintaining the best security arrangements during the long march.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sharif has also extended appreciation to the officers of law enforcement agencies for maintaining the traffic arrangements during the long march on November 26, which was called by the leader of the opposition and Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, PTI-Chief Imran Khan.
Moreover, Prime Minister Sharif has also appreciated officers of law enforcement agencies for lowering the difficulties of the citizens due to the following measures.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has further paid tribute to the officers & troops of the law enforcement agencies for performing their duties well.
The above mentioned long march is the “Azaadi March”, which was called by the former PM Imran Khan, on November 26 against the current government led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Moreover, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chief Imran Khan also got a bullet injury in his leg during the “azaadi march” rally in Wazirabad on November 3. The gunshot attack on PTI Chief Khan has taken place while he was leading the rally, which was meant to conclude in Islamabad.
However, the meeting between the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif along with law enforcement agencies was attended by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, heads of law enforcement agencies, along with the Interior Secretary and senior officials of the Islamabad administration.
