The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday has arrived in London for his visit to the United Kingdom. The recent visit of PM Sharif came before the coronation ceremony of King Charles III.
It is to be mentioned that the Prime Minister took it to his official social media handle to share the details of his visit. Notably, on reaching the capital city of London, the Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, was received and welcomed by the High Commissioner of Pakistan along with the Special Representative of the British Foreign Minister.
While sharing the details of the visit, PM Sharif in the social media post has, also shared the further details that he will be taking part in the meeting of the heads of the member states.
It is to be noted that the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif will also be holding a meeting with the leader of the Muslim League Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, in London.
At the same time, it is to be considered that Prime Minister Sharif has also mentioned about his visit to the UK for representing Pakistan at coronation ceremony of King Charles III. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, took it to his official social media handle to share the update adding that, “Leaving for the UK today to represent Pakistan at coronation ceremony of King Charles III.”
In the social media post, he further emphasized on the relations between the Pakistan and the United Kingdom, which are rooted in the shared history and multifaceted ties that have grown strong over the years.
PM Sharif in the social media post noted that, “The UK-Pakistan ties are rooted in shared history and multifaceted bonds that have grown firm over the decades. The British monarch as well as the royal family have been great friends of Pakistan. I will also use the opportunity to attend Commonwealth leaders’ summit and will engage with other world leaders bilaterally.”
