The Caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, Anwar ul Haq Kakar, congratulates the government of Norway on the completion of 75 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between both the nations.
It is to be noted that, the Caretaker Prime Miniter of Pakistan, Anwar ul Haq Kakar, took it to his official social media handle to share the information about the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Norway.
While sharing the details about the above mentioned, PM Kakar, said that, “On this 75th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Norway, I reaffirm Pakistan’s deep commitment to further strengthening this partnership that has continued to grow in all domains.”

“The vibrant Pakistani diaspora is an enduring bridge between the two countries and is making positive contribution in development of Pakistan-Norway ties,” says PM Kakar.
Notably, both the nations enjoy a mutually beneficial partnership in political, economic, academic, environmental, social and cultural domains.
Moreover, there is a common desire to promote the regional and global peace, security and sustainable development.
The relations between Pakistan and Norway are marked by the high-level exchanges and contacts with the frequent meetings at the leadership level. The two countries are also actively collaborate in various multilateral fora.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, while marking the completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Norway, said that, “The bilateral economic relations between Pakistan and Norway are robust and growing with sizeable trade in multiple product lines and substantial investments of leading Norwegian companies in Pakistan including Telenor Group, Scatec ASA and Jotun Paints.”
Alongside, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan has also appreciated the Norway’s steady and generous development assistance in sustainable development including SDGs, climate action and renewable energy and its solidarity, mainly during the times of natural disasters and calamities.
Noting to this, it added that, “Pakistan strongly believes that the friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to grow and flourish in the years to come.”
