The Caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, Anwar ul Haq Kakar, has expressed grief over the loss of lives and those affected during the natural disaster caused by earthquake in Nepal. It is to be noted that, the Caretaker PM Kakar took it to his official Twitter handle to extend the condolences to the bereaved families.
PM Kakar, on the behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan, expressing, that, “Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by last night’s earthquake in Nepal that has resulted in loss of precious lives and property.”

At the same time, the Caretaker Prime Minister, Anwar ul Haq Kakar, has also extended the help for Nepal during this difficult time, adding that, “ Pakistan stands with Nepal during this difficult time and is ready to extend whatever assistance is required.”
It is to be noted that, at least 157 people, which includes around 89 women, were killed and 190 injured when a 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Nepal a little before midnight on Friday. Whereas the epicenter was at Ramidanda in the district of Jajarkot, around 550 kilometers from Kathmandu, the tremors were felt in even adjoining parts across the Nepal.
Along with this, the two districts which were worst hit during this earthquake are Jajarkot and Rukum West. At least 105 people were killed during this and the equal number of people are injured in Jajarkot; Rukum West reported approximately 52 deaths and 85 injured.
According to the information, the earthquake which shook entire Nepal on Friday, was the deadliest natural disaster of the country since 2015, when around 8,000 people were killed in two earthquakes, measuring around 7.8 and 7.3 on the Ritcher scale.
Meanwhile, the Nepal Army and the other disaster relief officials are currently coordinating and are launching rescue operations to evacuate people from the worst-hit areas.
