Islamabad, Pakistan: The Director of public policy for the emerging nations in META, Rafael Frankel, on Sunday has expressed his gratitude to the Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, for visiting the headquarters of META APAC in Singapore. He further hoped to meet again following the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
In a message shared by the META’s director of public policy for the emerging countries, Rafael Frankel said that the Chair of Pakistan People’s Party and Foreign Minister stated that the META team is thrilled to launch Facebook Stars monetization feature for the content creators in Pakistan, building on our existing digital literacy and women’s entrepreneurship programs across the nation as well as further expressed hope to continue & empower the partnership to drive further the growth in the digital economy of Pakistan and innovation sectors in the years to come.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Pakistan People’s Party and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who was on a trip to Singapore, said in response to the message of Frankel, Bilawal Bhutto said that, “It was great to be with the team of META once again to learn about all exciting developments, which are taking place at this dynamic organization and more importantly to see them taking place at this dynamic organization and more importantly to see them taking effect in Pakistan.”
At the same time, he further said that our teams would continue to collaborate to broaden of access to digital markets for entrepreneurs of Pakistan.
