St Kitts and Nevis: Hamilton Reserve Bank has been bashed for using fake news attributed to Prime Minister Terrance Drew and disseminated it through a paid press release. Sheeba Radhakrishnan and Sandeep George emerged as prime suspects in defaming the government and making an attempt to proliferate the bank’s image.
These two individuals attended the Dubai event last week, where the prime minister and his delegation were present. Associates Times- A Miami-based news organization reported that the Dubai event was hosted only for the CBI programme consultants and immigration agents. They have not invited any bank to the cocktail evening. The news organization also cleared prime minister has not made any such statement spread in the paid press release.
As per the reports, Sheeba Radhakrishnan and Sandeep George portrayed themselves as citizenship agents in order to take a photograph with PM Terrance Drew. They publish the photograph in a manipulative way and with fake statements.
Further, the office of the prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis also issued a statement on the matter. PM Drew asserted, “It is highly improper for any company to pay for the international publishing of a quote which I did not make. The general public must know that I did not make any comment about Hamilton Reserve Bank publicly or privately, in Dubai or otherwise.”
Associates Times also outlined that both Sheeba and Sandeep attended the event on the invitation of AAA Global Incorporation and Trust Inc., which is an authorized agent of St Kitts and Nevis CBI Programme.
The reports confirmed that the bank is also operated under the banner of AAA Global Incorporation and Trust Inc. Various consultants of Dubai and the government of St Kitts and Nevis have widely criticized the actions of the bank and its representatives.
The news organization stated that St Kitts and Nevis Embassy in Dubai is getting in touch with United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorities to confront Hamilton Reserve Bank’s Relationship Manager Sheeba Radhakrishnan and Sandeep George.
