Web Desk (24 News): The North Korean Ambassador to the UN, Kim In Ryong has said that no amount of pressure can halt the North Korean Nuclear program, reports 24 News HD.
According to an foreign news source, the North Korean Ambassador spoke to the media on Monday and said that the US is responsible for turning the Korean Peninsula into the worlds biggest hot spot for war and conflict.
He said that the whole blame for the possibility of a Thermo-Nuclear War breaking out any moment lies on the United States, which has deliberately been trying to destabilize the Korean peninsula in particular in order to save face for its losses in the Middle East.
He further added that the North Korean regime is ready to respond to any mode of warfare that the US chooses to initiate. He said that the US has always greatly underestimated the power of North Korea, but it shouldn’t dare make that mistake in this scenario.
He mentioned that the US move to send its Carl Vinson Naval Nuclear Strike Group to the doorstep of North Korea indicates its malignant intentions. He alleged that the US looks to launch a full-scale invasion of North Korea and its strategically maneuvering in the region.
He also fumed at the ongoing US-South Korean drills currently taking place near the Korean De-Militarized Zone (DMZ), and said that the war games are a preparation for a massive invasion of North Korea.
He said that North Korea was right not to trust neither the US nor South Korea, as time his proven that both countries want to militarily dominate North Korea. He further added that the justification for North Korea’s Nuclear Program lies in US provocations.
These statements come after a recent visit of US Vice President Mike Pence to South Korea, where he stated that the time for patience with North Korea was over.
