Lahore (24 News): Indian Sikh pilgrims have moved on to Narowal in continuation of their Baisakhi Festival pilgrimage, 24 News HD reports.
According to reports, the Sikh Pilgrims had been staying in the Gurdwara adjacent to the Shahi Qilla in Lahore.
They started travelling to Narowal earlier today to perform their religious rites at the Kartarpur Gurdwara, amidst tight security protocol.
Police and Ranger personnel were deployed in large numbers in the city on the occasion.
The Greater Iqbal Park was closed off to public as well.
The Sikh Pilgrims are expected to return late at night on Thursday, and are expected to spend Friday in Lahore.
