Islamabad/Rawalpindi (24 News): The overall weather condition of the country is expected to remain dry and warm in the upcoming week. Northern Areas will receive a fair amount of rain, 24 News HD reports.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the country is expected to be in the grip of a major heat wave that would affect almost all provinces.
Temperatures are expected to increase to reach 47 Degrees Fahrenheit in a few cities today.
The trend would continue until the end of the current week.
Meanwhile, the Northern Areas including Chitral, Gilgit and a few districts of Azad Kashmir will receive substantial amounts of rain.
