Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is set to take up issues with revival of military courts in All Parties Conference (APC) in Islamabad today, reported 24 News HD.
It may be noted that major political parties, PMLN and PTI, are not participating in the conference. Moreover besides, repeated efforts on part of PPP to get MQM, final decision on Muttahida’s participation had not been made yet.
However several other major political leaders from ANP are attending the conference being hosted at Zardari House in Islamabad. The ANP delegation includes Ghulam Ahmad Bilor, Afrasiab Khattak, Mian Iftikhar and others. Similarly AML chief Sheikh Rasheed is also attending the APC.
The APC will be chaired by Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari where issues with revival of military courts will be taken up. Earlier it was reported that Asif Zardari is also likely to chalk out PPP’s strategy for next general election.
